Johannes Arnoldus van Bijnen alias Frank van Bijnen (Oosterhout, 31 mei 1910 – Apeldoorn, 1 december 1944) de landelijke sabotagecommandant van de Nederlandse Landelijke Knokploegen (LKP) tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog. Hij sneuvelde bij de voorbereiding van een aanslag op de toenmalige Willem-III-kazerne in Apeldoorn. Deze is na de oorlog naar hem vernoemd: Frank van Bijnenkazerne.
